Lateral Sliders & Mobile Shelving

Lateral sliders (mobile shelving) are like compactors, cabinets that slide left or right to let you access the one behind. They’re great for tightly packed storage where you’ve got lots of small parts to organise but limited floor space.

You’ll find them in places like motor parts warehouses, plumbing suppliers, and distribution centres that carry thousands of similar items, such as nuts, bolts, fittings, or fasteners that need to be carefully separated but easy to reach.

Each cabinet is around 2.2 metres high and 200 to 400mm deep, with six or seven shelves per unit. Shelf loads are about 80 kilos, with around 200 kilos total per cabinet so they still slide easily by hand.
