Many pool and spa businesses operate from a mixed-use space, with a retail showroom at the front and a storage or warehouse area at the back, often accessed via a roller door. In these environments, the layout is usually driven by how customers, staff, and deliveries interact with the space.

Near the roller door, it’s common to see workbenches, workshop areas, and packing benches, particularly where customers may be dropping off or collecting items. Further back in the facility, selective pallet racking is typically used for bulk palletised stock, both incoming and outgoing.
